Welsh Government announced yesterday that the implementation of the Rent Homes (Wales) Act 2016 will be delayed from 15th July 2022 to 1st December 2022.

Guidance for the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2019 has been issued for Landlords and Letting Agents. The guidelines explain what payments may or may not be taken when setting-up and amending a tenancy and the consequences of taking prohibited payments.
