Recently, Ken Skates AM and Ian Lucas MP visited the Pen-Y-Bryn site. The meeting was a great opportunity to discuss how WREXRENT along with its sister companies, Minera Roof Trusses and DMR North Wales, operate.
All three teams were able to give them a tour around DMR North Wales’ latest development site at Pen-Y-Bryn, Wrexham. Previously, the development was a series of derelict shops which is currently being redeveloped by DMR North Wales into 24 two bedroom apartments. DMR North Wales has undertaken this development in its aim to provide high quality, modern accommodation for residents within the central location of Wrexham. WREXRENT were delighted to get on board with the project and we are thrilled to announce that upon completion, WREXRENT will be adding these 24 exceptional properties onto our portfolio. Our knowledge of tenants’ needs has been put to great use where DMR North Wales have welcomed our input into the design considerations at Pen-Y-Bryn.
Ken Skates AM and Ian Lucas MP both greeted the visit with enthusiasm and encouraged the regenerative impact that the site would bring to Pen-Y-Bryn and Wrexham. We discussed many of our future plans and look forward to inviting both Ken Skates AM and Ian Lucas MP back to see our joint developments as they progress further.
With the site due for completion in January 2018, it is no surprise that many prospective tenants are beginning to register their interest. WREXRENT are welcoming all enquiries and will follow up any registered interest promptly. If you would like to make enquiries or put your name on our waiting list for viewings feel free to call us on 01978 757312 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
WREXRENT look forward to having you as a tenant J
