Berwig Court

Berwig Court was formerly a community centre and is the second largest development in our portfolio which was built in 2013. Soon after its completion (2014), the development won a North Wales LABC Building Excellence Award. The two storey building consists of 20 homes which can be accessed via stairways and benefits from a quiet cul-de-sac location whilst being within walking distance of the main high street in Coedpoeth.
