We can help find you a tenant using our quick, fixed-fee Tenant Find service. Whether you have a tenant in place or need to find a new tenant, we are here to help!

We also understand the importance of pro-active maintenance to both landlords and tenants and will look after your property as if it was our own.

We ensure this utilising a team of first class maintenance and repairs contractors, who offer trade prices and the highest level of service. Our costs are completely transparent and we will forward you a copy of any invoices as soon as possible. We will never take commission from a letting agent or contractor. If you have your own contractors, we will be happy to appoint these first.

If we receive a maintenance report from a tenant and find that on attending the property the problem can be fixed within 45 minutes by one of our own Maintenance Team, you will not be charged for the call out – perfect for minor problems that need addressing quickly.

As landlords ourselves we’re lucky to have a portfolio of loyal tenants, many of whom have chosen to live in WREXRENT properties for several decades. In addition to this prospective tenants choose to leave their details and criteria with us on a waiting list so that they can be contacted as soon as one of our properties becomes available. Our great reputation in the Wrexham area allows us to attract quality tenants on your behalf and fill vacancies faster.

Our fully managed service is charged at a fixed monthly fee. All administration comes in-house and with your authority, we can make a number of decisions on your behalf. As we are a company set up by landlords with over 30 years of experience, we understand the importance of protecting your investment.

We aim to transfer any rents received from tenants to Landlords within one working day. Landlords will also receive automatic remittances by email or text message with the option of up to date landlord statements on demand.

We advise our landlords to keep a £250 float per property to deal with property maintenance issues. A contractor will carry out the necessary work(s) and their paid invoice will be attached to your monthly statement so you can see what you have been charged. We will then top up the float from the rental income or, where necessary, we will ask our landlords to top up the float. This is part of our mission to give you a hassle-free service. For larger jobs, we will contact you with quotations and seek your approval before instructing the contractor.
